Shime Saba Mariné
French inspired Shima Saba marinated with Dijon Mustard dressing!

Ingredients:
| "Shime Saba" (Vinegar Cured Mackerel) | 1 Package |
| Celery | 1 Stalk |
| Red Pepper | 1/4 |
| Green Pepper | 1/4 |

| > Honey | 2 Tsp |
| > Dijon Mustard | 1 Tsp |
| > Lemon Juice | 1 Tbsp |
| > Vingear | 1 Tbsp |
| > Salt | 1/2 Tsp |
| > Olive Oil | 1 Tbsp |
| > Black Pepper | (to taste) |
Toppings:
Cooking instruction:
1. Prepare Mariné Sauce by mixing all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Thinly slice "Shime Saba", about 5mm thickness.
3. Cut Celery & Bell Peppers into bite sizes.
4. Place sliced "Shime Saba" & vegetables in Mariné Sauce.
5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
